Sanda Lum’s vocabulary rich children's picture books titled Katherina
Giselle (released on 13 October 2023), and Serin (released
on 24 May 2024) are available worldwide. They contain powerful themes, and are
adventurous and delightful to read and share.
The creative covers and illustrations for the books were
skilfully drawn by Sanda’s son, Boom Maxwell, who has over a decade of drawing
and painting experience. Boom’s concept sketches were then redrawn and enhanced
with vibrant colours by Austin Macauley Publishers™ Ltd. Sanda’s
daughter, Mim, enthusiastically read the many drafts of the manuscripts and
encouraged Sanda to complete them.
Sanda Lum has a forthcoming children’s picture book
titled Marcus and the Black Opal Mug with Austin Macauley
Publishers™ Ltd (release date: TBA).
